    You all may have seen this, but this is a crackbook post about a 1,500,000 kilometre -- 930,000 mil -- taxi in Vancovuer, BC (2012):

    "By the way...the 2004 Prius that was put on after I took off the 2003 Prius to make it my private car at 146,000 km (11 months as a taxi)....went a total of 1,500,000 kms before retiring....highest mileage Prius to date of a 2004 model..."

    How does he know how far it went if the odometer stops at 299k??

    Duh, I was reading the FB post. Maybe they retro fitted a 2006-2009 CM and light cluster, although I'm fairly sure they only go to 999,999. I wonder if they roll over or top out?
