Average battery life

    I know of a Prius 2 with over 400,000 miles and still on original battery and a few prius 3 s with over 500,000 miles

    I can not say how much it was in miles, but our first battery gave up after 2.5 years

    Ouch sorry to hear that. Warrenty? Maybe you got a one off. Do you stay on battery power a lot? Are you heavy footed or ultra light?
