On some other forum software, when I enter a specific forum, I see a list of the people who have posted in a threads with indents showing the reader what reply or OP post a reply is to. It is sometimes difficult to know how a person is meaning a reply as threads veer in different directions and a simple "I agree" could mean you agree the earth is flat or round. I've seen forum software that allows several choices of how messages are displayed within a thread within a forum. Not seeing an option for such here. OP Indent one tab I replied to the OP Indent two tabs person two replied to me and not to the OP Indent three tabs I replied to person two's post and not to the OP Indent one tab person three replies to the OP Indent one tab person four replies to the OP etc
I don’t see choices for hybrid vs linear threads, I assume that’s what you seek, good luck contacting administration, this is a for profit site, and, well, the administration doesn’t pay much attention.
Please help! I cannot figure out how to post a new thread, and after searching for over an hour, I cannot find existing threads that talk about the problem I’m experiencing. I looked up ‘how to start a new thread’ and there’s a video that shows a new thread button, but it doesn’t exist in my viewing of the site. Is Priuschat not accepting new threads? This was the most recent thread I saw so that’s why I’m asking here. Thanks
welcome! go to the gen 2 forums, and select the one appropriate to your question. at the top right, just above the first thread, you should see 'post new thread'. in case there is a problem, i have asked a moderator to check on you.
Go to an appropriate Forum basepage (not while reading an individual thread), then look for this button circled in red: Be aware that when reading individual threads, this button is not available.
Hopefully you figured it out from the description above. If not, keep replying. I'm sure the feature must work because many people are posting new threads every day.
