Evidently the first V600 off the production line would not work for a Bluetooth connection. I could synch but when I shut the car off I lost the connection. Requested a repalcement phone from ATT and it works perfectly. If I can help let me know.
[font=Times New Roman:0011f57be3] [/font:0011f57be3] I have been able to send my V600 entries one at a time to the Prius phone. I don't suppose anyone has figured out a way to send the entire directory. The fact that you cannot dial from the car while in motion, make me keep my V600 in close reach for dialing.
This is from memory so bear with me. First, your car must be stopped to have access to the Prius phone book. 1) Go to "Info" window. 2) press "Telephone" 3) press "Settings" 4) Scoll down to second page 5) press "Start Transfer" The Bluetooth connection will disconnect The next staeps take place on the V600 6) Scroll through the phonebook to find the number you want to transfer. 7) Once the correct listing is highlighted, press the top center button (the one that looks like a golf tee) 8) Scroll up once and you will see the word "Send" 9) Highlight and press "Send" and the number will be tranferred to the Prius phonebook. You will see a confirmation of the data transfer on the MFD while the file is dowloading. Just a reminder that you cannot dial while the car is in motion. I'm not sure about the quick dial though. I have to try it some time. Pete D Simi Valley, CA
