Not an expert, but I don't think there is any tax incentives (fed or local) on a used vehicle. I might be wrong in some local, but certainly not where I live.
Agreed. But if you asked this question a decade ago, you would get some kind of tax breaks. Even Tesla had their tax break cut in half late last year.
My electric utility, PECO Energy, sent me $50 for buying a used Plug-In. Check with your local company.
