Hi! Just wanted to share my excitement over my order of a new 2019 Prius Prime (Upgrade model, Magnetic Grey Metallic/Moonstone) and introduce myself quickly. This will be my first hybrid/electric car - coming from an RX8, so quite a leap-of-faith/attitude-change - and thought talking about the planet was nice and well but doing something about it would be much better. Looking forward to reading many many posts, tips, advice and the like on this forum over the next years!
Congrats and welcome to PriusChat! 2019! Wow. We haven't even heard of any news on the 2019 model. Any changes?
I can only vouch for Canada (well, Ontario really since that is where I am) but absolutely 0 change to the car and trims (AFAIK), except now we from the north can get the *moonstone interior* (on upgrade models) - which is great news for me because I really really love it, and the reason why I waited a few weeks to place my order. Now the loooong wait begins...
My dealer told me yesterday that he *just* received the pricing for the 2019 (so I ran to the dealership obviously, shouting shut up and take my money). Indeed their website shows 2019 (I cannot post a link but if you google northlondontoyota you will see it on their website under "new vehicles>Build and Price") - even though Canada website does not look like it's been updated yet.
