Can I fit this in my Prius?

    JStrenk- That's a good example of the oodles of space, especially a Gen3 is very impressive.
    I am sorry to make light of it, as a clarinet player I saw the opportunity and took the "cue" when I knew better.

    I've got a foggy memory: an uncle on my dad's side was in an orchestra (VSO?) and played the kettle drums. And he transported them in an Isetta?

    I know he had an Isetta, and he played the kettle drums. I was pretty young, hopefully not just conflating these two things.

    I have a bag that I sue for work that is exactly 40" and it fits between the wheels. There is maybe another half inch of space but that is about it.

    I carried a 10' kayak in 2008 Prius with hatch closed.

    I can fit a mattress (without box) in 2008 Prius with hatch closed. Front seats were quite far forward. May not fit for tall drivers (I'm 5' 8").

    Has anyone fit a 27" clothes dryer in 2008 (or similar) Prius? (smaller than recent models, I think)
