I plugged in the charging cable at home to charge my Prius as usual . Had no resistance while plugging it in. When it was fully charged, I tried to remove the cable but it won't budge. I can't seem to unlock the charging cable. It won't let go! Anyone else had this issue? What is the solution?
Sometimes, it's just the O-ring inside the receiver that gets rolled over. If that's the case, & you want to reinstall it, put a little bit of silicone lubricant on it then you'll be good to go. .
Hi Salamander, thanks for your nice clarification. will try as on your instruction at attached picture. expect better output on it.
You can change this function in the cars menu. If set to do nothing when plugged in, you won't need the fob, but this allows someone to unplug or steal your charge cable.
