Well what are you waiting for! Get out there an autocross it!

If you can, I'd recommend switching up from the standard DOT3 fluid to DOT4. I boiled my fluid on the track during the last track day, not a fun experience.

I got a feeling my battery fan looks like that... lol, gonna have to open it and see sometime... It isnt any dust on the outside, but im so sure the battery fan havent ever been cleaned... gonna buy a PC fan mesh filter and put it in the fan openings so it doesnt come any dust in there.

I got mine from a dealer in Sarasota. They had to order it but it was only one day.
I looked online but there was only pennies difference in price.
They give a 10% veterans discount so it cost me less even with tax then getting it online. :)
The filter alone catches all the fur from my dogs, but the extra foam gives added protection.
It's been over a year since I installed it, I've not had any sign from restricted air flow.
It's very minor. "IF" it would start to over heat, the computer would sense it and turn the
fan up higher. I've never heard the fan blowing. So it's either very quiet, or not working! :)

Today I went over to the dealership for my 65k service - first service/oil change/etc since buying the car in July.
Everything checked out great and I was able to get an open recall Toyota had sent out taken care of.

At my local Toyota dealership, oil change, tire rotation, and inspection cost me $60 even. Do you think that's a pretty good rate?
I thought about just hopping over to Walmart or something - obviously you don't have to have an appointment or anything there (my dealership requires appointment for service - i assume that's probably common practice) but I was a bit apprehensive about this just as I've never owned a hybrid before and I don't know how well others know to work on them, either. I figured that full synthetic at Walmart was looking to cost about $50, so I figured the extra $10 was worth it for my peace of mind.

    That’s not too bad;).

I’ve gotten them as low as $20 but I bring the oil for that deal .

Oil changes are easy and anyone can do them though (y).

Sounds like a fair price. It's been a while since ToyotaCare+ is still taking care of me, but I remember most places charging around $30 - $40 just to do a tire rotation.

Since the car is getting detailed... might as well take the opportunity to black these out. ;)

I’ve been reading this whole Prius chat thread the last 2 months and picked up a few recommendations based on what I saw. Also did a couple “Ricey” things.
It’s not as sleek looking as I would have hoped, but I like it and it’s mine!

Nice. Solid roof spoiler.. Is it me or the angle? does it not go all the way across the car?

This is the roof spoiler. I applied it higher to not block the rear nozzle, but I ended up doing a rear wiper delete. I’ll probably remount it over the hole of the rear wiper nozzle when I’m ready to remove it.

Nice, which one is this? I like that is sorta split, instead of a full lip all straight across.
