    Hi. Could someone please give me some insight on code P0A80 and P3019. It's from my 2006 Prius with 110K miles. Thank you!

    looks like a defective hybrid battery, should be under warranty

    Looks like 1 of the 2 modules in block 9 is the cause.

    Measure voltage of each module and you’ll find that either module 17 or 18 is more than 1.2 volts lower than every other module.

    If the battery is still under warrantee should the OP open it up?

    A 2006 will be out of warranty;).

    Good thought if it were a 2009 though(y).

    Free replacement from Toyota if your Prius is less than 8 years old with less than 100K miles in Florida. Is the car in good shape otherwise? It might be worth getting a new battery from the dealer.

    Sorry, just noticed the OP is in CA. 10 yrs, 150K miles there. I am also in Fort Myers. Are you having any issues with your car?

    Yea,I just bought a 06 prius with a bad battery for 1500.00 and i dont know what route im gonna take. Yea SW Fl is pretty laid back. Ive been here my whole life.My new prius has 90k miles.

    look at 2k1toasters $1,600. pack, that is your best bet
