Replacing GPS/Audio Unit

    I have recently bought a Japanese Prius model (3rd, Gen 2011, Right Hand Drive). Its GPS/Audio/ Multimedia center screen unit is in Japanese Language.
    I need a technical advise that can I buy (a 3rd Gen , 2011 to 2014) used center screen English language unit and simply replace it with my Japanese screen unit?
    will it work perfectly fine and show English Language or do I also have to replace vehicle's ECU or/and something else too?
