I just flew back late last night from a weeks trip in Orlando, FL. I enjoyed my visit, and pleased to see a few Prii every once in awhile. I was attending "The Landmark Forum", put on by "Landmark Education", and it was awesome! Got a lot of great info from their seminar. I didn't see too many Prii buzzing around downtown Orlando, but out in the suburbs there was quite a few. I had a Cadillac CTS to drive for the week, and man was I sure excited to get back in my Prius today! Wednesday I went from Orlando to Cocoa beach, and that trip is when I saw the most Prii on the road, I was so excited! A lot of them had bra's on! So if any of you live in those area's maybe it was you! Florida was nice, just not for me- I don't like FLAT terrain, guess that's the Californian in me. I do liked how it rained almost every day- that was awesome! Reminded me of Hawaii!

<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(seasidetraveler @ Aug 11 2006, 05:11 PM) </div> Did you see my car while you were here? You are correct. There aren't too many of us here.
Yeah, mine's sorta hard to spot way up here in Pensacola, what with all the pickups blocking the view. . . We don't call this area "LA" for nothing. "LA", by the way, stands for Lower Alabama. Yep, one of the more delicious regional Prius experiences so far -- enjoying filling up at the pump next to the one where one of those "that thang got a hemi it it?" types is pumping the entire daily output of the Gulf of Mexico into the thirsty maw on the side of his Dodge Ram. Am I being cruel. . .?
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(ekpolk @ Aug 13 2006, 09:45 AM) </div> Nope, I find I am quite smug about that experience myself. After all they chose to buy the stupid gas guzzling monstrosity when they could have shown a little more common sense. It isn't as if gas hasn't been going up for the last 5 years straight.
Clovis/Fresno is flat, but you drive 25 minutes and you are in the mountains. We are only 1.5 hours from Yosemite Natl Park, or Sequoia Natl Park. Next month I will be making my move to So-Cal, so watch out for my Prius!
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(seasidetraveler @ Aug 14 2006, 12:00 PM) </div> Who ever heard of anyone.... in SoCal driving a Prius?????????????
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(seasidetraveler @ Aug 11 2006, 04:11 PM) </div> I just have to say, be VERY very careful with this group. While some may disagree with me, I personally would go so far as to call them a full-fledged cult. I don't trust them one bit.
