I was charging at a Chargepoint station and after plugging it, it says 2 hrs until full charge. I left it and monitor on the app. It was showing 3.54 kw. Then after 1 hr, i looked at the app and it shows zero kw. I only gained 1.62 kwh and it only charge for 30 mins. After that it shows zero. Went to get my car, led indicator not ON, chargepoint station shows still charging (even on the app, shows active charging). Not sure what happened. Maybe somebody unplugged it? But it should send a txt msg saying that it was unplugged.
Did it work out? I use a charge point station at work and it takes about 2.5 or so hours to fully charge and the app is usually a bit off. Like it says I get 18miles charge but in reality, I get 25-30. Also, I don't think it alerts you if it gets unplugged, only when charging is complete.
Mine do get a notification if it gets unplugged and when charging is complete. Same thing with me on the app, it shows 18 miles only but on the car it was like 32 miles. Where I charge, it takes about 1 hr and 50 mins.
I was wrong, I did get an email that I was unplugged when I unplugged myself a minute early the other day
