Renew green HOV decal

    i got my green decal in early 2017. Any one has experience how to renew it to red decal before end of this year?

    I just got a DMV letter with a PRE-FILLED application form(with my decal replacement details). I have filled and applied within hours.
    I am a 2017 applicant and DMV invited me to apply for new RED decal ($22) fee. Captured the chance.
