I’ve had my 2017 Prius Prime for 4 months and one of the button panels on the left side under the steering wheel popped in and needs to be popped back in. Anyone know how to remove the panel enough to reseat it? I don’t want to break it...
You can probably stick your arm up the dash behind the parking brake to pop it back in. If you need more room, the panel above the pedals should detach with a few screws.
We had the same thing happen on our '17 Prime, I thought the wife just got a little excited hitting the HUD button and not getting the screen she wanted, ended up asking dealership about it on the next oil change and they were able to pop it back in place and apologized for the inconvenience
