I just purchased a 2012 Prius as a used car with no sticker listing things like moon roof. How can I get a list of all the features?

Interesting: To the best of my knowledge at least, Prii have never been built with moon roofs. I suspect it was a dealer add-on.
Welcome to PriusChat! Although I do not recall a moonroof being available, there was a solar roof package used to power a ventilation fan when parked. This appears to be a link to the brochure listing the packages & options for the different 2012 trim levels. https://cdn.dealereprocess.net/cdn/brochures/toyota/2012-priusthree.pdf You can sign up at the Toyota Owners site and input your VIN to get specifics on tour car. What's the difference between a "Sunroof" or "Moonroof"? Aren't they interchangeable terms for the same thing? Currently on my Honda Fit, I have what I call a Sunroof during the day....and a Moonroof during the night. And yes, 3rd Gen Prius originally came available with a solar sunroof package. Sunroof you could open, and a solar panel on the roof that powered a fan driven ventilation option.
I found it REALLY HELPFUL to use the Toyota Owners site to find out what package I had, then go to 2G Prius (2004-2009) Standard and Optional Equipment (Some Countries) to see a plain listing of the features! Thanks @Tideland Prius ! EDIT: Oops, go to the GEN 3 version! 3G Prius (2010-2015) Standard and Optional Equipment (Some Countries)
Except, for 2012, they would go here. 3G Prius (2010-2015) Standard and Optional Equipment (Some Countries) | PriusChat
I used to think that the difference was that a sunroof opens, while a moonroof is just a fixed piece of glass. But then I looked it up..."A sunroof is a retractable roof panel (often made of the same material as the body of the car) that lets light or air into an automobile. The first cars to offer this feature were made by the Nash Motor Company in 1937. A "moonroof" is a term for a glass sunroof that lets light in while closed." So, there you go. But now I don't know the term for a glass panel in a car roof that doesn't open. "Skylight" just sounds wrong.
Eh? Just take a look, I know by looking that my 2009 Gen II does not have a moon roof, without needing a sticker telling me so!) (sorry, but you set yourself up for that one! BTW Welcome to PriusChat!
That's interesting. I always thought there was probably some minutia difference. I guess since my vehicle has a glass opening, not a same material as the vehicle opening, that technically makes it a moonroof. Since I can leave it closed, but let light in.
