Removing "LP" plastic air duct behind glove box to access actuator

    I am trying to access the A/C Heat Blend door actuator behind the glove box (near the center of the car) and a large plastic air duct type of thing labeled "LP" is really in the way. Does anyone know if this can be removed (then replaced) to be able to get to the actuator unit?

    Unfortunately those pics don't help me. They aren't close enough and don't show me much of what I haven't already seen by removing panels.
