Leaking windshield washer fluid...see pic

    Just bought it last week and fluid is always empty. Pulled back the fender and saw this...

    I really don't want to replace the Reservoir. I'm thinking to get rubber caps to plug up the ends.... Any suggestions? Objections?

    Isn't that where the hoses need to be? Can you trace the hoses from the bonnet back to the reservoir?
    And have you bought this at a dealers? In that case I would tell them to fix it.
