Prius Prime - official prices paid thread

Maybe $140. Most people I would think will get 2 oil changes in the 2 year period. I’ll be lucky to get one oil change and 3 tire rotations.

 

The dealership was Faiths Toyota in Westminster Vermont. I searched high and low for dealerships in the northeast that still had 2017s left. Wifey was insistent on a Titanium colored car, and after much time spent looking for a 2017 titanium in premium trim, we bit the bullet and sprung for the extra money on a titanium advanced. I was determined to buy a 2017 because of the $ 4000 factory rebate!!! At this point I think supply of 2017s is quickly drying up so if you find one I suggest you act quickly. I know There are no 2017s left on Faiths lot.

 

Not bad for today but 2k over some deals from a month and a half ago. They were selling 34K MSRP Advanced for 26k.

 

Is there any thread or website that tracks the historic incentives by month? I'm debating buying today or tomorrow but wonder if I am better off waiting until August 1. I intend on buying a 2018 Premium but would consider a 2017 Advanced if the price were close to the 2018 Premium.

 

Had I known about the deals from 2 months ago I would have been all over it. We traded in my wifes prius C when it hit 100,000 miles and realized that we were in need of 4 tires, a brake job, and extensive suspension work just to keep the thing alive. When my wife approached me about the $4000 Toyota incentive on 2017s, I got busy finding one. Low and behold the one I found was right in my back yard, though the dealer that I've purchased a number of vehicles from already.

 

The only way I know how to check is to go here and plug in random zip codes from areas that are known to have higher incentives (NorthEast region).

I'm probably just going to wait for the 2019's to roll out and see if the 2018's get the 4k+ incentive again like last year.

That's usually what OTD means. You can also subtract all the rebates and dealer's discount from the MSRP to see what they paid before tax and license.

You can't qualify for $2,000 Toyota Cash AND $750 Recent Grad unless you accept Toyota's super high financing rates. I purchased a 2018 PP Plus in Portland OR last month for $24,233 plus $115 dealer doc fees plus title/taxes, with no financing strings. I am also a recent grad but couldn't use it unless I wanted a much higher APR, and it wasn't worth it for me.
