Doing the teardown to fix the combo meter and run into an issue. In the video I have, the air bag harness clips into the back of the glove box, but in mine, it clips into a solid metal cylinder (see pic). How can I get it out without breaking the clip? Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
If there's no way to get at the backside of the clip (and I guess there isn't), use a clip removal tool like this is the most gentle: And if it breaks a bit in the process, maybe still fine, will still stay put?

Yep... if you take apart cars often, broken clips happen. Only difference between a pro mechanic and a DIY at home mechanic is that the pro mechanic has a box of replacement clips on hand and the DIY mechanic has to make yet another trip to the hardware store.
The metal tube is part up the sub-frame, was it necessary too un clip it? Did the wire stay with the dash cover once it was removed? iPhone X ?
