Soundproofing Prius Prime

    Hi Dave,
    As per the installation help from SecondSkin I installed both layers on the outerskin of the door.
    In Prius prime there is a plenty of space in the door cavity, no issues with window glass etc.
    I did contemplate adding Luxury Liner pro, directly on the back surface of the door (or around speaker side).
    However the LLP is very thick 3/8" and that would have caused problems with installing the panels.
    When I get a time I will create a new post with detailed steps...

    Definitely plenty of space in the door. But closing off the big holes on the inner door helps block the sound coming into the car. My stuff I used to do that maybe 8th inch thick.
