Another dash rattle

I can push down on it and make it stop and if I do it while not driving I can hear the glue or tape stick and then come off when I let off on it. Is there an easy way to get under there and get some foam or something? I can’t seem to find a way to get to it.

    I solved a dash rattle similar to yours by putting 2 pieces of rubber about 1/4 inch down in the space where the speedometer screen is. Press that area by the speedometer and you might hear the rattle.
