My 2005 Prius grinds (sounds like metal on metal) when accelerating. It's loud and dies down to a constant white noise only once i get to high cruising speed. It doesn't grind on any other occassion. The check engine light is on too, in case that has something to do with it. Please advise and thank you.
Well the engine has launched a please for the love of god help me light and it’s grinding too so jeez what to do........what could that light mean? Have that engine light codec harvested, maybe open the hood see if anything is on fire. Oil...water...inverter coolant...brake fluid......flux capacitor...
