This is for those that run standalone Garmin GPS units along side their Toyota NAV. Garmin City Navigator North America NT 2019.1 came out yesterday. PS, City Navigator North America NT 2018.3 came out 10/11/17
Sorry, I almost put it there first, but so many talk about both Garmin and Toyota at the same time . . . . OK, I chose poorly.
Same with monthly magazines, they're always created the month before publishing yet dated the month after (?)!
Update: Garmin City Navigator North America NT 2019.11 came out today. It's an odd release version number (.11) and is perhaps a fix version? I haven't downloaded it yet. I leave at 2 am for Italy for 3 weeks and will try it when I return.
I'm back. 16 days total starting in Sorento ending in Venice. Added a day on the front and back of this tour. Tauck Small Groups tour. Highly recommended. Fantastic hotels, amazing food. We had the entire Vatican Museum and the Sistine Chapel all to ourselves, 24 people only. No other people in the building. Those that have been to the Vatican know just how special that is. It's so crowded during the day, that you can't even see the floor. I'm not Catholic but was still blown away by Michelangelo's genius. @E-GINO I looked for your Prime while we were in Rome but didn't see you. We stayed at the Grand Hotel de la Minerve 1/2 block from the Pantheon for 3 days so vehicle traffic was limited. Loved your country and friendly people. We'll be back.
This is for those that run standalone Garmin GPS units along side their Toyota NAV. City Navigator North America NT 2019.20 was released today, 6/20/18. PS, City Navigator North America NT 2019.11 came out April 5th. @HPrimeAdvanced
I wish I quit updating years ago. Each new update makes my 52LM slower. In order to enter a street name, I press the first letter, count to 3, press the second letter, count to 3, press the third letter, count to three, and then wait 10 seconds for it to think of street names.
They call it Windoze for many reasons. I would like a Garmin if there was a way to interface it with the HUD. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
