I take it Toyota still does NOT include a hanger for the Charging Circuit Interrupting Device (CCID) even though it suggests hanging it on one and even goes so far as showing a picture in the manual.
Assuming not, are the holes in the CCID large enough if I fashion one myself out of a coat hanger?
    Thanks,

Yes, the holes are large enough for a coat hanger. My solution was to run some nylon cord through the holes and hang it from a nail in the wall.

Here is what I did. Go to the Home Depot and buy a key ring, a carribeaner key chain and 2 feet of plastic chain. Put the key ring through the hole in the bracket and then attach each end of the chain through the Carabiner and loop it through the keychain. You can adjust the chain length to suit your needs, whether you loop it over a nail, or the electrical box. Total cost is less than $6. 20180709_184244.jpeg 20180709_184325.jpeg

I just used a single strand of insulated 8 gauge copper wire. Strong but pliable.
