Yeah, but the CD has higher fidelity than do MP3s.... and I'm too damn lazy to transfer all those albums to USB, although I did do my own 10 albums; it's just not the same. Maybe I can get a CD disc changer installed in my trunk!? Posted via the PriusChat mobile app. AChoiredTaste.com We want (DEMAND!) our knobs!! Posted via the PriusChat mobile app. AChoiredTaste.com
Barely, and I'm an audiophile. The difference is not detectable on a car audio system, especially when combined with a bit of road and air noise. I did them all in a few hours.
I have a LOT of kids... the damn cables are in such high demand that I rarely get to keep on in my car. I swear my family goes through them like butter (regardless if it's expensive cloth wrapped ones, or el-cheapo by the bag full from China (actually, they're probably all from china)).
Guys, yesterday I tried resting the iPhone towards the top of the pad - bumping against the top rim instead of the bottom and it seems to have fixed my issue. I may add a small bumper pad towards the bottom, so that it won't shift around while driving. Give it a go!
The "lowly" Prime Plus was a screaming deal and too many people bought up the inventory in the area. I would've gladly given up the giant tablet in the middle for the smaller one and got knobs in its place. Everyone I complained to about the lack of CD player was laughed at. Man, I like to listen to audio CDs and now everything has to be streamed. Your 3 month fill-up is insane. And how the hell you drive around SoCal without AC?! You mad man!
Sweat, sweat...but I've been lucky recently; temperatures have usually been under 85°F, and as long as you keep moving, windows open.... Park in the shade if possible, and remember, I have that medium shade tinted glass which makes a big difference! Posted via the PriusChat mobile app. AChoiredTaste.com
I tinted mine darker than my PiP a few days after purchase. Mainly, because a week after buying it I drove it down to your neck of the woods with your blazing heat, sun and parking lot freeways Cranking up the AC would only reduce a couple miles - better than sweatin' it to the oldies. Don't suffer in it man!
When I briefly hit the A/C yesterday, I noticed that it reduced my EV range 2.2 miles from 34!! So if it's not hot, I try to be miserly. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app. AChoiredTaste.com
