Installed StopTech slotted sport rotors & Porterfield R4-S pads on all 4 corners. Relubed the caliper sliding pins as well... much needed at 114,500 miles. Brake fluid flush is the next project w/ Motul DOT 5.1 fluid, followed by new shock absorbers. :)

Why did you replace the pads? You still have 10,000 miles left on them! :)

They still have some life but figured I’d replace them with the rotors. My driving style is pretty aggressive and ended up warping the original rotors during a mountain drive resulting in a nasty vibration. Shouldn’t have any overheating issues now with the upgraded hardware. (y)

New rotors + old pads is a no-no. Uneven wear on old pads can be bad breaking in new rotors.

Today walking out toward my prius, man in business suit walks by and ask "the new nissan eh?" I said "the old prius with solar panel" as I pointed to the vents with streamers flapping. His stops walking and mouth dropped. He said "no way!" I nodded and opened my driver door to show the LED puddle lights I put in also. He shook his head and said "I need to buy one of those car" and got into his 2015 honda fit.

Had all my tint redone. F1 Pinnacle 30. When I bought it, windows had something really light, and frankly useless on the car. This stuff is the real deal. Blocks out so much heat and provides awesome visibility and clarity any time of day/night. I’m extremely happy with it and the AIR80 combo up front.

    Thanks man!
    5mm Front
    15mm Rear

Trying to decide if I’m going to opt for wheels in the near future or keep these and push them out another 5mm all around.

I see you are from SoCal, are you also running on air? since that seems to be a requirement if you live down there lol! (coming from a jealous, non air havin, lowering spring sitting prius driver... ) Looks real nice!
