lower ball joint/tie rod replacement brand?

    Just curious if there is an opinion of replacing the lower ball joints and tied rods with toyota parts vs Beck/Arnley parts I see on rockauto.
    Both seem to come with the castle nut and clip, just not sure if there is a noticeable quality difference to be aware of.

    There was another thread on here recently where somebody reported disappointment with an aftermarket front-end part. I have my own thread from a few years back with what I learned about the differences in quality between aftermarket reman and Toyota reman for a brake caliper. (Just to be clear, that aftermarket caliper wasn't Beck Arnley, it was some other outfit. I have no personal experience with Beck Arnley one way or the other.)

    For as many times as you'll ever have to replace those parts in the life of the car, if it were my car, I'd get them in the red boxes that say Toyota.

    I'm with ya on the quality reputation aspect. I think both the parts I mentioned were $20 cheaper with the Beck brand, but for a total of $40 something per I didn't think the toyota parts were a bad deal. And I had originally researched only the toyota parts. But since I saw the name and hadn't heard it tossed around the forums I wanted to ask.
    I'm kind of doubting I'll be replacing these parts again for how long we're forecasting to keep the car going. So toyota parts it is!
