I recorded 15 seconds. I just returned home, car is off, and this is what I hear. It's happened twice in a row now. My a/c was on prior. Is this noise related to that? It stops after a few minutes.
Its just pressure bleeding off in the compressor. Mostly you'll hear it when its really hot. I trained mine to sing a little tune.
Thank you rdgrimes! I've had the car since November and this is new. I had the car in Florida over the winter, running the a/c and had not heard this noise before. Now twice, well actually three times now, as it did it again today. About 85 degrees out and high humidity. I love this forum! My mind is at ease now.
