    I had 2000 watts in my gen 3 and the lights never dimmed once and the battery was fine.

    Did you do the install yourself? Any pics or tips on where/how to route the power wire through the firewall?

    I did. The 12v is in the passenger-back side of the car in the hatch, so no routing through the firewall. :)

    I remember this on the 3. But, it looks like you own a Gen 4. Could you provide a photo of where?
