Are you taking the mick with that last photo, dipstick into oil filler, which appears to be full to the brim ?
If the oil is up to the neck of the filler then it needs quite a lot draining out.

Thanks for reply so in your opinion transmission not working and car not starting because engine oil level is exceeding the limit

But I donot know why this car not starting do you think to restart the Prius with caution code first caution codes have to reset or other reason

Disconnect 12 volt battery for 10 minutes, push start button with foot on brake, then reconnect 12 volt battery. Try to start again. Do all messages come back?

Ok, I had to look up "taking the mick", means having someone on, joking?

I think the oil level is fine: it's really hard to read, especially clean oil. Also the dipstick tube tends to collect oil the first time you pull it out, then deposit it up and down the dipstick as you push it back in for the check. The remedy for that is to wait at least 5 minutes for that second insert, give the oil in tube time to drain down. But as I said, the darker colour zone seems to stop at the top mark, I think that's the actual level.

It's not warning of low oil level, it's warning of low oil pressure. For some reason. Often it's due to low oil, but maybe not always?

I was referring to the last picture, it shows the dipstick laid across the oil filler neck with the cap off and the cam cover appears to be full of oil up to the top of the neck.
has he dipped the dipstick into the oil filler neck ??

    Good point!

Never noticed that. Unless it's a trick of the lighting, it does look like it's full to the brim with oil. You should not be seeing oil pooled that high, that's the zone above the camshafts, should be clear and dry, with the car sitting off. Here's a pic of my third gen, fwiw:

    IMG_8781.JPG

@muhammad jahangir can you confirm about oil level? If you're seeing oil right up to the neck of oil fill cap that is wrong, way overfilled. In that case you should drain completely and (assuming you leave the oil filter as-is) then add 3.9 liters only.

Note, for the 4th gen oil change instruction, see the first post here:

Official (OEM) Toyota Prius 2016 (Gen 4) oil-change instructions | PriusChat

And a pdf version is attached, in post # 2

Still, if oil was grossly overfilled, you may have ongoing problems, oil may have gotten into places that don't readily drain.

Maybe someone with a fourth gen can snap and post a pic of what theirs looks like, with the oil filler cap removed? Something is not adding up:

If it's been filled to the top, there could be a hydraulic lock in one or more of the cylinders if it was started. Could be a bent con rod and all sorts of problems.

Start with the batteries and, like others have suggested, make sure they are good. About the other only thing I can suggest is to find the latest Techstream software and an interface cable (VCI) to clear all the codes and diagnose the issue, or have it done by a dealer/shop. Without diagnostic software you'll be in the dark and have nothing but aggravation trying to guess.

i would say the 12 volt battery is low/weak..Disconnect it , charge it fully and see if that fixes your problem..dont forget to have your foot on the brake fully when starting the car... I know on older Prius that would cause many error messages on the screen and the car not to start.. you said the car was at auction, was it damaged in an accident?
