The 3rd week of May looks like the week that many have been waiting for. Musk: Orders Open Next Week for Dual Motor Model 3 Screenshots of the AWD option on the Tesla configuration page should follow shortly ~ .
Exciting! Waiting to see what the specs and pricing will be. And all this from a company that is "on the verge of bankruptcy!" What we are on the verge of is an even greater feeding frenzy!
What is not "bullet proof" about Tesla's AWD? Tesla has the highest customer satisfaction rating among all car makers.
Have there been issues with the AWD system in the Model S and X? The Model 3 is going to use the same system of dual motors that can actually improve vehicle efficiency, unlike Subaru's.
Subru? Maybe hold off a bit from buying one. Subaru Impreza Class Action Lawsuit Claims Engines are Defective Normally not a fan of letting members troll myself off topic ... but somehow recenty there's been some inspiration vis-a-vis bringing up frivolous lawsuits. .
@hill, yes, let's not encourage the shorts. I put my invite to configure on hold waiting for a White SR with SAS. Apparently that configuration will not be available until next year. But now I am seriously considering a Red LR with AWD Performance package and install aftermarket coil over shocks to lower. Have I lost my mind? I must be going through a Senior Life Crisis!
Talk about frivolous law suits, these poor motors in STI's and WRX's see some of the hardest driving by want a be Fast and Furious drivers. This lawsuits has no chance once the engineers at Subaru explain their findings.
Why do you say lawsuits against Subaru are frivolous yet lawsuits against Tesla are valid? @orenji, you are really off the rails.
You didn't post the lawsuit about Subaru. That was just as newsworthy as Tesla since we are talking about frivolous lawsuits. @orenji, I know you are a better man than this. (for the forum, orenji and I have met 2 or 3 times at Prius functions. I think it is best we have a little private chat the next time we meet rather than continue this on the Tesla sub-forum)
Never saw the lawsuits about Subaru until someone posted it on here. Hope you enjoy your new car and see ya around.
The post did not contain details, a source, nor your thoughts on the topic. Based on your past views of Tesla, spreading FUD about the company with that post was a fair conclusion.
