    i bet if DH watched it, he'd critique them...

    it was all he could do to not heckle the plug-in conversion installers at hybridfest :lol:

    he takes for granted (and so do i) the years that he spent ripping them apart, that most people haven't actually seen the guts of their cars!

    The most horrified a customer can get is when they see their car's dashboard out of the car.
    Wires are exposed, nuts, bolts & screws are an the floor, the steering column is down, lots of pieces are all around the car/back seat/trunk area. To them, they think it'll never go back together.
    I say it's the perfect time to ask for more $$ :p :p
