Many Prius owners have been reporting issues with EnTune and Contract ID but Toyota has not been able to fix the problem. As an owner of Prius Prime Advanced I am facing the same issue. Have called Toyota and have been passed from operator to operator but no solution. Prime might be very advanced but EnTune has bugs that Toyota needs to fix.
True. I had the same issue when I had purchased my Prime Advance on Dec 16. Took about 2 business days for the contract ID to work. I was able to hit the SOS button and get in contact with the safety connect people in order to get that contract ID if you don't already have that. Just takes time.
I am having the same issue here in 2018. Does it take a few days after you sign up for the Contract ID to start working ?
Takes time. Just make sure to contact the safety connect people. Easiest way, just press that Safety connect button on top.
