    hey Accord,

almost all of the things that you have done to your car are the same as i did to mine. LOL....

basically, i wanted to do body kits but then my bumper right now is scraping our driveway and what more if i put the body kits. LOL....

i had installed DVD in dash which we have a difference. LOL...

i had purchased some chip mod that i saw online before.. and it topped of my P at 116. did you try yours to how fast it go?

    hey RCS,

i wouldnt want to mess with my headlight too because im afraid of the moist getting inside if i wont be able to stick them back together.

im still now waiting for customized headlights like what they made for the PRIUS C.

you can check out the website straight from Japan where i bought most of the accessories i put in my P.

Try EZ LIP. its made out of rubber. So even if it scrapes the ground it wont crack or break.

    I tried it before.

Haven't don't a whole lot in over a year now other than replacing license plate LED lights, Fog light bulbs, and High beam bulbs as 1 in each pair started to go bad!

As its been a few years now with all the exterior Carbon Fiber, I started to get the faded look from the sun no matter what I used on it to clean it or wax it. I didn't really think there was any hope to get it fixed as I searched around thinking no one would really mess with it in my area. Ended up finding a body shop in my area that said they felt comfortable sanding it and re clearing it. Took all my pieces off and dropped them off. Ended up re sanding all the pieces, re clearing, new UV protection, and even threw some Bronze Pearl in it all.

Rode on my stock wheels for over a year since they took some curb abuse! It kind of killed my mood to do anything else because I didn't think I could get them fixed. Friends ended up telling my about Detective Coating. Ended up dropping my wheels off to get completely fixed and possibly powder coated. I wanted some sort of Bronze but just not exactly sure which Bronze. Super stressful for sure!

So.....time to order new tires before I put all this back on! Hoping its gonna all look good together!

Finally stopped raining for me to install Mugen Style Toyota Prius window visors. Pretty simple job, pull off the normal style ones I had on there, heat the left over tape with blow dryer, little goo gone and your done!

Some asked how much the Seibon Toyota Prius Carbon Fiber hatch weights. I'll do the hood as well when I put the CF back on.

    @Vman455

So the Seibon Toyota Prius Carbon Fiber hatch was born in October 2010 weighing 16 lbs. without the glass lol.

    20180520_130900.jpg

I'll report back with the weight of the hatch and the glass once it comes in. Ordered the glass yesterday and should be here this week .

Picked up a rear hatch harness off ebay for a awesome deal of $55!! This is supposed to be my vin's part # for the hatch harness. Awesome deal considering this harness runs for about $250 new. Figured I'd do this to make it easier on myself incase I wanna switch back to my OEM hatch for some reason.

So I rode around getting a few quotes on inserting new TPMS sensors & mounting & balancing my freshly powder coated wheels. Got a few quotes of $50/per wheel and a few places not feeling comfortable doing them because of being scared of scratching them. Ended up going to a new Discount Tire in my area that quoted me $127 over the phone. Mentioned my over the phone quote when I got there and dude hooked me up! Total install and tire certificates for $141 out the door!

    Screenshot_20180527-093932_Gallery.jpg

So I'm still a little nervous on how this is gonna look as I haven't put them on the car yet. In my head it's awesome lol but in reality not sure yet. Waiting to get hatch, cf mirrors, and gas lid back from body shop wheres it's getting more clear, fresh UV & bronze pearl.

Back hatch glass came well protected and packed.

    20180527_104354.jpg

Went to my local stealership to see what all parts were required for this glass install as I'm completely doing this hatch with new parts for easier switch out at a later date if I choose. $250 in parts I ordered which I was never expecting!

    Screenshot_20180527-105059_Gallery.jpg

    Screenshot_20180527-105630_Gallery.jpg

So I jumped the gun and already did some searching on the web for these parts and already found them all $100 cheaper with the shipping charge! Gonna have to get a refund Tuesday lol
