    Rapid dog, did you ever get to the bottom of this issue? I have similar code and problem. Dealer is telling me its an HV battery. I don't believe them yet.

    my old P turned out to be a once totalled car which I did not know when I bought it.
    It had the man cable to the 12V battery cut and repaired,
    I traded it in on a 2010 and have been happy for 60K miles.
    Sorry I could not help, but it was just a bad P.
