I'm a newby on this site! I hate the white plastic trim on the console and steering wheel of my 2016 Prius Itech (yes I'm in Tasmania Australia!). Any suggestions? Cheers!
Welcome. Been lots of discussion about the white plastic. The consensus is that it fits the image of the car - a bit quirky like the BMW i3. But some still dislike it. My experience is that it doesn't show dust like the black. I want an all white please - save me dusting!!
Welcome In the US Toyota has a black appliqué kit for the console and shifter areas. I think you have a right hand drive car so our shifter appliqué would not work. Perhaps Japan or other RHD countries have a similar accessory.
I think the center console for left and right hand drive is the same, take a look, if so you could get the US version for a black cover, the shifter is the problem, you might be able to order this and have it painted to match. Hope this helps. only for Right hand drive ! Welcome to Prius Chat @Cathran . May I suggest you don't conceal the white trim for a while yet. You may grow to like it after a while and let me assure you is great when driving in the dark and the small white led in the front interior light housing subtly illuminates the console and shifter without any distraction to the driver.
