sorry for the late response. There is one body shop in SD that does all the work for a local Toyota dealer and I know his paint work is really good, but I don't know what it would cost to paint it.
For the paint going to cost you more vs the dealer kit already painted. Expect to pay over $200+ for paint + extra for install unless you do it yourself.
