Hey guys Just picked up a 2017 blue prime from NJ and currently on my way back to Texas Couldn’t figure out why music won’t play on usb cable though (via Spotify). It plays via Bluetooth. My 2016 Prius can do both.
Assuming your's iphone? Same happened to me. Sometimes you need to reboot the phone before it detects.
Okay...I used another cable (non authentic Apple cable) and it worked. The cable is the one I got from Tmobile (black color). Really weird that it works on a non-authentic cable but not the real thing.
it's the cord. Our cars burn through the cords every month or two and you have to get another one. Especially on the iPhones
