Tinting problems with the curved rear window

My tint guy did a good job however the window itself is not glass it’s some sort of other form of glass which was unable to adhere properly.

First attempt worked like magic

 

20% fronts 5 % rear

 

Side question. Are those the stock wheels? Did you just remove the plastic hub caps. Car looks great. I have the same color with 20% tint.

Let the beast Prime come out. Give it more of a stylish look by removing the Hubcaps.

I hated the hubcaps to begin with. It’s just a umbrella hiding the real alloy rims that it came with.

If you have 20% front and if your interior is the two tone white / black the 20% fronts looks damn dark when looking from the front end of the car to the rear. “Solid black”

However the mind plays tricks if you look from the rear to the front viewing the tints and the interior is brighten from the reflection of the light.

They guy who tinted my rear windows mentioned using a hot air blower (i.e. hair dryer?) to mold the rear window tint into place. Perfect job but needless to say a huge pain for inexperienced vendors.

 

I got 25% on front 2 and %35 on front windshield cops don’t pull Prius over because we safe and slow

I did remove the caps

Never a fan of plastic “fake condoms hubcaps covers” on cars to fake the look of hidden real wheels.

Took them off and that silver alloy wheels evols inside.
