Yesterday morning I counted 98 prius driving on the opposite HOV Lane on LA'S 405 Fwy. Only drove 27 miles.

Walking to lunch today, in Old Town Pasadena with another Prius owner and colleague, we counted 10 during the 8 minute walk. Also, at the office car park, we have noticed an ever increasing number (up to about 8). Time for a group get together? -dns
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(noperfecto @ Jul 27 2006, 11:54 PM) </div> completely off topic, .... ah Old Town Pasadena, you take me back, that's where I first fell in love with the city life ... Ok reminisce (sp) over, back on topic, ... same here in the city, I keep trying to wave but this new generation seems to think there Prii are BMW's you know dime a dozen, LOL
<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(noperfecto @ Jul 27 2006, 09:54 PM) </div> Speaking of Pasadena, have you been to the Huntington Library/Gardens on a weekend? Our last visit—about a month ago—we counted 7 Prii in just the one aisle we parked in! I guess it makes sense that botanical gardens and Prius owners would overlap in one way or another. Just another reason to love this neck of the woods/concrete…
I usually see 30 or so on my 45 mile commute on the 118 and 210 thru Pasadena. I haven't counted recently, that was a few weeks ago. I'll look again.
