Does the Touring Package have any real suspension changes (Shock/Spring Rates, Tower Struts)? Or is it just show with fancy wheels and a spoiler?

Looks like the pricing for standard package #6 and the touring packge #6 may be reversed. Do the turing packages include rear disc brakes? [195/55R16 Alloy Tire $ Disc Wheel] is not very clear to me.
