Valid point, but that is why you don't want to put your address or home phone, the best thing is your first name and your cell #. Believe me, I return a lot of phones and key FOB's, but I end up keeping more than I return because they are not labeled.

Great question and the answer is YES they can manufacturer a car that can leave you stranded. This is the only negative thing I have about my Prius's, I can not believe that Toyota could not spend another few dollars and come up with a bypass system. The only way to get you going if you have lost or damaged your FOB and can not get the other FOB to your location is to replace the SKS computer and FOB. I have asked why a new FOB could not be programmed and after a long explanation I was told that it is not possible, that in order to program the computer, they must have one FOB that works. Great when you are 500 miles away from home and lost or damaged a FOB ... FED-EX to the rescue I guess The Remote Tote that you want is the large one, send them an e-mail and tell them what model car you want it for, they will answer back and let you know what will work best. At one time they were making the Tote for the Prius just a little wider in order to make the FOB slip in easier.
