2 year Update 2016 Gen 4 Prius Video

    This screen must reset itself - 33.34hrs at 20MPH = 667 MILES.

    Yes, the EV screen will give 4 different readings - Current trip, TRIP A, TRIP B, and ODO.

    Something odd happened to my ODO reading too at some stage - I suspect when TRIP B automatically reset itself (10,000km?), I didn't look at the ODO EV reading for ages after that, but it seemed to have only a partial reading.

    Mine has done almost 28,000k, and the EV screen is showing 78 hrs, 48km/hr average and 33% EV. 78hrs at 48km/hr average is only 3800km.

    So, maybe Jimmy's reset the EV screen at 10000 Miles?

    Thanks for your comment. I also don't understand why reset of that screen. The next time I go in for service I will try to remember to ask.

    @JimmyPri Do you ever wax it? Twice yearly is good. Also, what lubricant for that door handle? Silicon spray?

    I waxed it after the first year. That is when I noticed the corrosion on the roof. I usually wax my cars once a year. But you are right I should do it twice. The lubricant was a silicone spray. Thank you for the compliment on my videos.
