I bought them for my 2010 II ... there were several installation threads here on priuschat that recommended this exact kit ... I'll search for the links tomorrow. It's the complete kit, ballasts, relays, mounts ... and full instructions. My Prius-replacement Mazda CX-3 came with LEDs as part of the tech package ... otherwise they'd already be in my Hiroshima-mobile
