Aftermarket headunit with facitry AUX port?

    I just ordered the JVC m730-bt to upgrade my 2010 II.

    Will my factory aux port still work? I. Guessing it won't. Is it possible to keep this functional?

    Cut the wires from the oem aux and connect them to the aftermarket hu input

    I used a Metra 70-8114 along with the awsc-1 to preserve the steering wheel controls and it also preserved the the AUX port. If you are using a different adapter to keep steering wheel controls I don't think it would work.
