    Hi all,

Looking to purchase a used 2015 Prius 2 for $15.5k ($17k OTD), 36k miles, CPO (1yr/12k warranty) from toyota dealer. CarFax looks clean, looks like a lease vehicle that was returned to dealer after 3 years.

Buying a used car has been the bain of my existence, and just want confirmation that I should be okay to pull the trigger?

Also the dealer says I will get the CPO warranty papers in the mail from Toyota, is that correct?

    Thanks all.

Can you see it, test drive it, look it over, outside and interior, under the hood, underbody, hatch and so on? Money aside, I would want to do that.

If you're in Phoenix, the kbb fair price is $17,782, listed here. So, the price could be right, assuming it's in very good condition.

Just curious, what do you get for CPO? Anything beyond the 12 month/12k miles warranty?

Nothing really, just 12mo/12k. you can pay 1.5k extra for a 7yr/100k warrantly.
