A few weeks ago my Spotify music stopped playing through the USB, though the cable still charges. At service appt they suggested I delete my phone from Bluetooth and then add my phone back again. Now my Bluetooth isn’t finding any phones - doesn’t seem to be looking. I’ve switched cords, updated my iPhone 7 and rebooted it. I could add my phone to a friend’s car, so I think it’s my system. I have the base model entertainment (no Entune). All suggestions welcome!
I did delete my phone and now I cannot re-add it - that’s my problem. My phone Bluetooth finds other devices but not my car. My car does not find anything.
Can I reset the entertainment head or must I go to the dealer/auto shop. Is this a software reboot or an equipment replacement? Thanks for the guidance!
