    Yes, I am planning to use the $500 with 0% APR as I have done with my 2017 Prius One. $28,473 is the final price including TTL. Sorry for not being clear.

    Thanks everyone for your recommendations.

    Quote from a SoCal Toyota dealership. 2017 Advanced Blizzard Pearl 0% for 72 months with $500 rebate and $34,400 OTD

    This is the best quote so far. I’m thinking to buy the car today.

    Any thoughts?

    Thank you.

    2018 Prius Prime Advanced - Blue Magnetism, Moonstone interior. Floor mats, paint protection for the doors and hood (whatever that means)

    $34,981
    $314 new tires fees, tag transfer fees, lead battery fees and other state/county fees
    -$ 5,500 Trade In (2011 Prius IV, 105K miles, fair condition)
    $ 1,770 Sales Tax

    $ 31,565 Total

    Earl Stewart Toyota of North Palm Beach, no dealer fees. Had to use an auto broker as Prius Prime is not officially carried by Toyota dealers in Florida, hard to find but found the color/interior I wanted. Super happy with the car!

    The search is over. I got my prime advanced $34,250 OTD with 0% interest for 72 months. Temecula Valley is the best dealership to buy in SoCal!

    Seems to raise the question of why you would buy from any non-mega-rebate state...A quick $4500 savings certainly pays for a lot of travel related expenses to fetch the vehicle from NY/NJ.

    For SoCaL peeps:

    It looks like 2018 model is coming and dealers are trying to get rid of 2017 model. You can still wait until the end of this month to save some money. Premium trim will be the most heavily discounted until they only have Advanced left.

    Does anyone know if the tax credit is still apply to new car purchase even if the model is 2017? As long as it is brand new, there aren't any restrictions on the year of the car right?

    Thanks,

    The model year doesn't matter so long as it wasn't claimed by someone else before for federal tax credit purposes.

    As the 2018 model appears to be the same as 2017, it would be smart to get the 2017 at a steep discount if possible. All the dealerships still have a lot of 2017 models left which is why I think Toyota is delaying the 2018. But this is just conjecture.

    Was quoted 30k today for 2017 advanced, and 25.1 k for 2017 premium. Managed to get two dealers in a bidding war. Probably will drive one home tomorrow. Details at 11.

    Is that at a Southern California dealer? The best price I can get is $25419 at Redlands Toyota. They beat Carson's price at $25558. Carson Toyota already has the carpool decal on their cars though.

    I may just wait and hope Toyota's new 2.0 dynamic force engine makes its way into a Corolla, but $300 difference financed over 5 years isn't anything for the Prime. Too bad I can't get the Plus under $24k. Would prefer that over the Premium. Am struggling between want and need.

    Bought the premium. With rebate price was $25168.00. However I opted for the 0 percent financing which took it up to 27168.00 but lower payment. And... 0 interest term of loan. Costs less in the long run.

    Dealer fees on toyota.ca should be around $395. They used to be included but recently (last 3? 4? years) they took it out and now it's an added fee.

    Make sure Freight/PDI are one charge. They should not be separated (some dealers double up on that charge by calling Freight and PDI separate and therefore making an easy $1,715 on unsuspecting clients).

    Also, Titanium Glow isn't silver... it's a silvery, pinkish, champagne colour. Classic Silver Metallic will be actual silver paint. Just making sure you're not expecting a silver car and end up with a champagne colour car instead.

    Bought a Gray Premium today from Simi Valley Toyota (So Cal dealer). MSRP of $30,080. Dealer quote of $25,388 which included the $2,000 rebate. OTD $28,507. Just wanted to share my experience, since I've appreciated everyone else who contributed.

    Can you share with me your contact on the $30K on the advance? Is that OTD?
