HellOnAstick, instead of throwing parts, time, and money at the car you need to have it properly diagnosed by someone who knows Prius and has Techstream. When you have weird problem on a Prius, Techstream (and knowing how to use it) is the most helpful tool. Many times I've had DIYers try to fix their car using the internet, spending tons of money then give up. They tow the car to me and I find something simple that if they had come to me in the fist place they would have saved hundreds of dollars.
$7EA and $7EB are not codes. They are generic module/ECU references. You need a better tool to properly scan a Prius. Cheapo consumer grade scanners will give you standard engine errors (misfire, bad cat, running lean etc), but most won't tell you anything about the transaxle or hybrid drive side of things which you need to properly diagnose a Prius.
It could be possible that this device isn't compatible with Toyota Hybrids. This scanner is offering you '$7EA and $7EB' ? My guess would be you being mislead. Was this the same scanner that gave you codes for the oxygen sensors?
That scanner is not going to provide all the information to properly diagnose a Prius. Get Techstream or pay someone to diagnose the car.
Already did that. It was O2 sensor codes. Replaced O2 sensor and fuel/air sensor. Then..... SO....I guess Techstream is my next stop.
